At Johnson, Chiligiris, & Weatherford we defend minors who have been charged with committing crimes. We understand that minors are young and impressionable who should not be harshly punished for a mistake or lapse in judgment. We negotiate with the State’s Attorney in order to obtain a resolution in the minor’s best interest. In the event, that a resolution cannot be amicably reached the matter can be set for trial.
