At Johnson, Chiligiris & Weatherford we assist parents whose children have been taken away from them by the Department of Children and Family Services due to abuse or neglect. We are able to counsel them regarding the legal issues that will come before the court and demonstrate that maintaining the parental rights of the biological parents is in the best interest of the child.
